To cancel your order you have until the order is dispatched which is normally 12 hours after the order is placed.
To return an order contact us first, send it back to us in a sealed and unused condition and we will give a refund minus postage costs and 10% of the order.
If we have sent an item in error send it back and we will send the correct items out
If you receive the item damaged the contact us, send it back and we will send another one out, please note the postage cost can not be refunded.
